Tested Dec 11th 08
Stirfry 1: (Taste: 5! Difficulty: 2) (172 cals)

1 c to 1.5 c diced white mushrooms
2 stalks diced celery
1 diced med carrot
1 serv firm tofu, diced
1 small-med onion, diced
1 c water
flavoring if desired

1) Dice all ingredients.
2) In a skillet, spray Pam, and brown onions.
3) Add a small amount of water; add celery and cont to cook on med.
4) Add carrots. Keep adding water if it starts to steam off.
5) Add mushrooms. Add flavoring; I used asian soup base.
6) Simmer these ingredients for a minute, then add tofu.
7) Allow excess water to cook off, then enjoy!

I'm bored. At work, but bored.

I craved coffee all day yesterday. I was going to make a pot yesterday morning, but forgot. I refuse to drink coffee from the pot at work, (Because of the mold that once grew in it) so I didn't get any.

Last night, I put the coffee in the filter, the water in the back, and the pot under. Everything was ready. All I had to do this morning was press "Start".

I forgot.

I remembered when I grabbed my water out of the fridge right before walking out the door. So I went to McDonalds. They have REALLY good coffee! I was shocked! $2.00 cheaper then Starbucks, too!!

I just might need to disconnect my Starbucks IV and hook up a McCafe' one!

So, anyway, I called HIM and told him that when we leave for "Christmas Town" tonight, we were leaving with travel cups of coffee. Vanilla Nut Cream, at that!

I'm still not really in the Christmas Sprit yet. I'm hoping that our "Christmas Town" trip tonight will help out with that. Christmas is a time for family, and not having my baby here with me is breaking me down. I'm trying to be strong, but I can't help it sometimes. It's getting harder and harder to keep my mind off of it, and I can't keep the tears in once they start.

Being that it's December 16th, I guess I really need to get started on the whole Christmas shopping thing. Can you beleive that I haven't bought one present yet? Not a one!! Talk about waiting until the last minute!! I work good under pressure, so I have no doubt that I'll get it done.

Maybe I'll wrap empty boxes and put under the tree to confuse everyone. "This one's so light, but nothing clinks when you shake it..." "What do you think it is??"

LOL!! That would be pretty funny. I got you AIR for Christmas this year!!
